We collect and store personal data about you that you communicate to us when you use the NEOVIGIE application.

When you create a NEOVIGIE account, the following information is collected:

NEOVIGIE keeps your information specific to your profile as long as your account remains active, unless you request its deletion or that of your account. Regarding your geolocation data, we keep it in principle for 2 months. However, they can be kept for a period of more than two months if:

- Such preservation is made necessary for the purposes of proof of the performance of a service, when it is not possible to provide this proof by another means.

In the second case, the shelf life is set at 1 year, this duration does not constitute an obstacle to longer retention in the event of a dispute with the services provided.

Finally, in some cases, we may keep information about you due to law or for other purposes, even if you delete your account. Data that makes it possible to establish proof of a right or stored in accordance with a legal obligation, may be the subject of an intermediate archiving policy for a period corresponding to the periods of legal prescription (and in particular the common law period of 5 years).

1.8. DATA TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU

All the servers on which your data is kept and stored are located in Europe.

In the event that NEOVIGIE uses subcontractors located outside the EU, we undertake to ensure that the subcontractors present appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing meets the requirements of this regulation and guarantees the protection of the rights of the person concerned.

1.9. THE SECURITY IMPLEMENTED TO PROTECT THE DATA

As you might expect, NEOVIGIE takes the security of personal data seriously. Our risk management and security controls include:
