Secure your alarm dispatches through all possible channels
Alarms triggered from VigieApp® can be transmitted through many communication channels: Voice call, SMS, Push notification, Email, Remote monitoring system notification. Multi-channel notification provides the necessary redundancy to a security system. Alarm notifications are not sent by the smartphone of the person in distress, which might not be in working order, but exclusively by Neovigie servers, which guarantee a high level of availability.
Direct notification: Alarms are sent to all applications by Neovigie
Email: An email with all the important information for the lone worker alarm is sent to each security officer
SMS: An SMS is sent to each security officer with a hyperlink to display the position of the lone worker
Voice synthesis: Sending an automatic phone call and reading an audio message spoken by a voice synthesis
Web platform: VigieControl receives in real time all alarms triggered by users
A Lone Worker Safety App That
Connects with Wearables and
Smartphones
In case of assault, you may not have the time to grab your mobile phone to trigger an alarm. In such case we recommend the use our Bluetooth Panic button. The Bluetooth button is connected to the phone of the user and allow the user to trigger an alarm by a simple press on it. The panic button can operate up to 10 meters from the telephone.
In addition to being able to trigger an alarm quickly, the VigieTouch can be programmed to perform certain actions: cancel a pre-alarm, trigger a lifeline when a lone worker enters a white zone, or make a check-in.
The VigieTouch is the ideal complement to the mobile application.
Completely autonomous, it needs no recharging. It runs on a battery that gives it 3 years' autonomy and can be easily replaced when the times comes.
A lone worker solution for every mission
Our lone worker protection app is flexible and adaptable to all business needs. It was therefore designed to be compatible with a wide range of devices. VigieApp® can protect your lone workers via smartphones, smartwatches, and tablets. This enables companies and workers to choose the equipment they use, depending on their regulatory obligations, usage, or specific types of missions.
The watch is recommended when the risk of aggression is high, as it enables a manual alarm to be triggered quickly and discreetly. The smartphone application, on the other hand, means that workers do not need to add another device, and do not need to change their work habits. Equipped with various sensors, these devices enable workers to be precise in the event of fall detection or no motion, and to accurately communicate their position in the event of an alarm.

Behind the Scenes: The AI Driving Your Safety
To make our lone worker application as innovative and efficient as possible, we integrate artificial intelligence into many aspects of our solution. It allows us to be more precise in our detections and alarm triggers. We also use AI to minimize the number of false alarms, to guarantee the reliability of our solution.
Driving mode is the perfect use case for AI in our application. It is triggered automatically when the lone worker is in a vehicle and allows alarms and their sensitivities to be adapted to this new activity. For example, no motion alarms will be automatically deactivated. The AI then enables the app to detect the road situation, and automatically activate the corresponding mode. This effectively limits false alarms and reinforces the interest of the solution for employers and lone workers. Automated mode switching also reduces the mental load on the worker, who does not have to do it manually.
The best fall detection of the market
Fall detection with AI
Reduce false fall detection alarms in the lone worker warning application by leveraging a high-performance algorithm based on artificial intelligence, designed to enhance workplace safety and efficiency. Our fall detection algorithm is based on the modeling of falls simulated by volunteers and has been developed with an artificial intelligence learning system. Thanks to it, the number of false alarms is considerably reduced, and user confidence is reinforced.
By incorporating cutting-edge machine learning techniques and real-time data analysis, the algorithm minimizes unnecessary interruptions, thereby improving response times and resource allocation. This innovation not only boosts the reliability of fall detection systems but also fosters a safer, more secure environment for lone workers across various industries. Yet one of the main reasons users lose confidence in alarm devices is their unreliability. So rely on our AI-driven approach to protect your employees and maintain operational continuity with precision and confidence.
Lone workers: get into compliance!
Compliance with working law
Company managers have many legal and regulatory obligations regarding the safety and protection of workers. Neovigie helps SMEs and large groups to fulfill their obligations by providing employees with a reliable alert system to warn the emergency services in case of accident or aggression.
Compliance with privacy policies
A lone worker device must not infringe on the privacy of your employees. Our solution has undergone a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) to evaluate and limit the risks of infringement of the rights and freedoms of individuals. In addition, our Data Protection Officer (DPO) continuously monitors the compliance of our solution with privacy policies. In order to respect the privacy of users, lone workers are only located in case of alarm.
Limit unnecessary interventions
Qualify your lone worker alarms by calling the lone worker directly on his smartphone to perform a doubt removal. Record the conversation for evidence purposes in case of an accident.
Doubt removal: Establishing a call directly on the VigieApp® application without the user having to pick up the phone in the event that the user is unconscious.
VigieApp® integrates an interface allowing it to receive calls through the GSM network or even through a simple Wi-fi link, which is particularly useful for area without GSM signal. This function allows a security officer who receives an alarm to immediately contact the lone worker to carry out a check. The call is optimized to handle situations in which the user would not be able to answer: automatic pick-up and speakerphone activation.
Recording: Call may be recorded within a strict legal framework for analysis and evidence in the event of an accident or assault.
If the call confirms the emergency, an audio recording of the event will make it possible to analyze the circumstances of the accident or the aggression and to have means of proof at the disposal of justice.
Quickly Manage Your Alarms Directly From the Lone Worker Application
VigieApp® combines on the same application a powerful lone worker warning device and a simple and complete alarm management tool. Simplify the work of your supervisors by giving them the ability to receive, view and process alarms triggered by lone workers directly from the VigieApp® employee safety application.
Alarms triggered by the lone worker warning device are transmitted directly to the applications in order to inform all security officers in real time of the evolution of the situation.
All the essential information related to an alarm is available on VigieApp® to help lone workers in a quick and efficient way.
Lone worker warning devices can be acknowledged directly from the VigieApp® smartphone application.
Security officers can establish a hands-free communication with the victim to check the situation.
Save Time for the Emergency Services with the Geolocated Alarm
Locate your lone workers in case of alarm thanks to the GPS of the smartphone or by positioning Bluetooth beacons in the buildings. The exact location allows you to save precious time to protect your employees.
Location of the lone worker thanks to GPS
VigieApp uses the smartphone's GPS receiver to transmit the lone worker's position in the event of an alarm.
Bluetooth beacons installed in buildings
In buildings with poor GPS signal reception, an optional Bluetooth beacon system can accurately locate individuals in distress. These beacons are battery-powered, ensuring several years of autonomy and simplify installation.
Manage Your Lone Worker Alarms Directly
When an alarm is triggered by a lone worker, it is sent directly to predefined internal supervisors.
They are chosen in advance and distributed according to rank to avoid having to notify all supervisors at the same time.
If the first doesn’t respond, the second is notified, and so on.
Supervisors can be alerted in a variety of ways: by SMS, email, push notification or voice call. These different notification channels enable us to adapt to each individual and ensure that the lone worker is quickly rescued.
They also have access to a whole range of reports.
That enables them to analyze alarms triggered and understand the risk situations faced by their lone workers.
By notifying supervisors directly, we cut out the middleman and shorten the time it takes to rescue the worker.
Finally, internal monitoring also ensures a good understanding of problems and the situation, since supervisors are directly involved in their workers' assignments.
Increase productivity with your online platform
Easily manage and analyze your lone worker warning devices usage anytime, anywhere with secure 24/7 web access for greater productivity.
Simplify the management of your fleet with online configuration and update all your applications in real time. Visualize all the alarms to act as quickly as possible and help lone workers.
Create rich reports to analyze lone worker usage.
Boost Your Protection By Varying the Ways You Trigger a Manual Alarm
Phones from CrossCall and Samsung's Xcover have a panic button that can be used by lone workers to raise an alarm in case of attack.
The side buttons on some phones can be programmed to trigger the alarm directly by pushing them without having to unlock the phone. This allows alarms to be triggered more quickly in an emergency, or discreetly in the event of an assault, for example.
Trigger an alarm by shaking the phone in case of imminent danger.
Workers can also trigger an alarm by simply shaking their phone, a feature that can be programmed for automatic activation. This method does not require unlocking the phone or pressing any buttons, enabling immediate response when danger is imminent.
Simply download the app from the stores
The VigieApp® app can be deployed very quickly. The lone worker app runs on iOS or Android and is available on the Apple or Google stores.
A VigieApp® application is not limited to a specific phone but to a user who identifies himself with a login and a password when he starts working. Several users can thus use the same service smartphone while being distinctly identified and having their own parameters.
A user with a problem with his phone can connect to any other phone to start his duty and activate his protection without having to reprogram the equipment.
A Solution That Integrates With Your Device: the case of L’Oréal
We work with a number of major groups with an international presence, including L’Oréal, for example. They equip and protect workers with Neovige, and tell us how they use it and how it helps them. Some of their employees are working at nights, others at weekends, and still others in isolated areas of the plant. Neovigie supports L’Oréal’s protection operators, quality technicians and maintenance technicians.
Alarms are sent to a monitoring agent, who manages the platform for lone worker tracking and provides constant alerts thanks to a real-time monitoring. Julie Jaffree, Environnement, Health and Safety Manager at L’Oréal, explains: “The first alarm we use is the fall detection. The second is the panic button, and the third is the lifeline” for remote locations. These different alarms enable the company to respond to imminent emergency situations, as well as to dead zones, which are recurring problems in their factory, located in the countryside. Our solution helps them to protect their workers facing isolation, and ensures rapid response in the event of an alarm.
